Hiring Culinary Classics Catering was easily the best decision we made for our wedding. It's been 2 months now, and we are still getting compliments on how great the food was! Carolyn was easy to work with, answered every question I had promptly (even the ones that ultimately lead to less money in their pocket) and helped keep everything within our budget. The banquet staff were all friendly and professional - they managed to stand out as a highlight to our guests, without detracting from the main event.
